She Nicked Me Heart - Freddy and the Fireflies

Dust off your Dansette and fix your fringe - Freddy & the Fireflies are back with their lost 1965 single, "She Nicked Me Heart", a cheeky, toe-tapping slice of British Invasion pop straight out of the golden age of mop tops and market squares. With jangly guitars, spot-on harmonies, and a charmingly daft tale of love gone sideways in the streets of London, it's hard to believe this didn’t air on Ready Steady Go! (or maybe it did - on a Tuesday test broadcast that nobody saw).
