Xbox Handheld Not Coming Soon?

Phil Spencer tempered expectations of the alleged upcoming Xbox Handheld. In an interview with Bloomberg Spencer stated that while Microsoft does plan to break into the handheld gaming market, any device is still at least a few years out. Spencer did say that prototypes are being currently tested but nothing is close to being revealed.
