Ubisoft wants to restore the creativity and innovation that built their success in the 2010's and they have dropped over 2000 employees to make it happen. During the latest financial report Yves Guillemot Ubisoft CEO said with recent setbacks they wants to go back to the golden age of Ubisoft from 2010-2020.
