Starfield 2 the Next Skyrim?

Former Bethesda designer Bruce Nesmith, believe that Starfield 2 could be massive, saying that the ability to build off of the first game will help create similar success as we saw in Skyrim which Nesmith claims had the advantage of coming off of Oblivion. Could Starfield be the next massive Bethesda franchise?
