Microsoft Wants In on Xbox Handheld

The long rumored Xbox handheld appears to be set to include Windows at the consoles operating system. Jason Ronald VP of Next Generation at Microsoft said the goal is to fuse the best of Xbox and Microsoft into a future handheld. Will Windows being on the Xbox handheld be a good or bad thing?
