GTA 6 Locked 30 FPS Big Deal?

According to a former Rockstar developer who worked on both GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2, GTA 6 will have locked 30 FPS on release. Mike York said while maybe the PS5 Pro could hit 60FPS the base PS5 and both Xbox Consoles will not go above 30 FPS. York said Rockstar did something similar with GTA 5 which was 30 FPS locked on Xbox 360 and PS3 and then was finally pushed to 60 FPS this generation. Do you care if GTA 6 is stuck at 30 FPS on release?
