Figures

In my NYC neighborhood, everything that meets the eye isn't as it appears. The story follows Mei through the streets of New York with a simple yet deep premise: "What if you could see a person's heart and who they were on the inside from the outside?" Friend or foe? Come along with our adventure. Inspired by the wonder of My Neighbor Totoro and Spirited Away, this film is a journey into the soul of the city. Guided by a magical origami peacock, Mei sees the world in a way no one else can—witnessing the true "figures" of the people she passes. Whether it's a heart shared on a bus or the glowing essence of a stranger, Mei reminds us that there is more to everyone than what we see on the surface.
