Concord Returning Soon?

Concord might be making a return, after the game famously flopped and was removed from shelves in just under two weeks. Recent activity on the Steam database from October 8th has people speculating that Firewalk is preparing to bring the game back with a Free to Play model. Will it succeed on its second try if it comes back?
