Can Xbox Win On Capabilities?

With the nearly the entire Xbox catalogue going cross platform in the coming years. Phil Spencer says that Xbox goal is to win on capabilities in future generations. Spencer continued to push Xbox goal of a full multi-platform catalogue saying Xbox is building a "platform that services creators that are trying to meet people on every screen."
