JBR VISUALS on RADTV https://rad.live/content/channel/b0672da7-ad23-4e89-bbc2-b8465b5f25a9/ I have been struggling with fashion for a long time... specific to Couture. Granted it's named couture for the unavailability factor targeting lower/middle classes. I get that. I also get that it makes a mint and then there are the values of fabric, designs, and also the ludicracy of it all etc., But what if it weren't? What if a style of couture were made up of dreams that were affordable? In my mind, in my youth, I dreamed of graffiti oriented clothing. Spray painted, tagged fashion and what that could look like, worn day to day? What if we all could dress like the King and Queen of our minds, every day? I created this 1 min 10 second Music Video of my Couture "Drip District". Each model is wearing an illustration I designed for the show entitled "Ghetto Glam" The theme is an unfiltered glimpse into the resilience of women. How we rise from the wreckage—graffiti-stained walls, shooting galleries, and streets that never promised safety. The streets in these impoverished communities do not discriminate. It doesn't matter the nationality or the same struggles. If we cross paths and hold on, then we are bound by something deeper: the will to rewrite our fate. From the cracks of the concrete, we're not just rising; we're blooming—turning scars into armor, pain into purpose. This is more than a story; it’s a reckoning, a testament to those of us who refuse to be defined by where we came from, but by what we are collectively. -JBR Format: Mp4 Duration: 1.10 Dimensions: 1080x1080 Music: Concrete Crowns A JBR Audio Visual AI Collaboration Preview of the show: https://x.com/JbrVisuals/status/1899459440547393957
