This is video 1/8 for my Mental Health Awareness collection. I personally have been going through depression and anxiety and was eventually hospitalized and am now attending a group therapy outpatient program. I never thought I would find myself in this position. I used to perform in front of hundreds of people and was always in the mix. But after meeting folks going through the same thing it's clear to say that none expects to end up here. Anything can trigger this mental state, so now I want to help others and give back to the community by raising funds with my MHA campaign to donate to programs that help folks like me.
