After months of delays due to issues with Xbox according to Jyamma Games, their hit souslike game, Enotria: The Last Song has launched for Xbox consoles. The game which is set in a sunny version of Italy, a far cry from the dark and gloomy settings of other soulslike, released earlier this year on PC and PS5. With several bug fixes in recent patches, could an Xbox release take the game to new heights to wrap up 2024?

Marvel Rivals Director On Why Concord Failed
Taddeus Sasser game director for Marvel Rivals gave his thoughts on the failure of Concord, in an interview with VideoGame recorded prior to Rivals launch. Sasser said that Concord "didnt bring any unique value" saying that games such as Concord and Rivals have to find ways to lure fans in from other games in the genre. Sasser thought that the Marvel IP would be a big draw for fans, and with over 10 million players in the first three days he appears to be right so far.
FromSoftware Joining Sony?
Sony has confirmed a report from earlier this year that they do have intention to purchase Kadokawa the parent company and majority owner of FromSoftware. Interestingly it appears that it was Kadokawa who reached out to Sony about the acquisition according to the latest reports not the other way around as fans have speculated. If FromSoft becomes a branch of Sony what could it mean for the their future games?
